I am very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Patron and his staff. I saw him for torn retinas in both eyes, which was naturally stressful, but his calm, patient approach made a difficult situation much easier to handle.
What stood out immediately was how relaxed and reassuring the entire practice felt. I never felt rushed during my visits, and all of my questions were answered in a gentle, caring, and understandable way. Dr. Patron even took the extra time to use two different models to explain exactly what was wrong with my eye and how it would be treated, which I really appreciated.
During the procedures, he was patient, careful, and accommodating of every request I made. In a healthcare environment where some offices can feel rushed or impersonal, Dr. Patron’s practice is the opposite. It is a thoughtful, patient-centered model of excellence. I highly recommend him.

The staff were friendly and competent. Dr Patron explained my condition in an understandable manner answering many of my questions without me having to ask them.

Dr Patron saw me as an emergency visit. He was very thorough and did not rush. Ultimatley, he had to do a laser procedure but took the time to make sure i understood exactly what he was going to do and why. Excellent visit and care.
